Training Plans
Our pre-built training plans are for the self-motivated rider who doesn't need a coach but need the structure to optimize their performance.
Find the right plan for you: build power, improve your FTP, prepare for your next gravel race or build pre-season base foundation. This approach provides structured and progressive training while allowing you to be in the driver’s seat. Each plans varies in weeks and are delivered via TrainingPeaks app.
Online 1:1 Strength Training for Cyclists
Strength training is key to your peak performance, it’s how you unlock more power, ride stronger, and stay consistent on the bike. Most cyclists train more. The smart ones train better.
This is where you build the strength to push more watts, more miles, hold stronger effort on climbs, and allow you to handle the demands of hard training. When it’s done right, it upgrades your riding so you’re not just getting fitter, you’re staying durable and injury-resistant.
What makes our approach different: we build true athleticism by developing strength, stability and mobility while integrating neuro training to sharpen performance, coordination and control so you can produce more power, stay efficient, and ride stronger under fatigue.
Online Cycling Classes
Our live coach-led cycling classes help you build fitness, not just sweat. When time is tight (especially through the cooler/darker months), these sessions give you the structure, accountability, and push to actually get on the trainer and make it count.
Each interval workout is focused and time-efficient, helping you build more watts, improve FTP and VO2 power, and increase fatigue resistance so you can perform better when you’re back outside.
Whether you’re riding indoors to stay sharp through winter, adding quality interval sessions to your week and building race-day readiness you’ll get accountability, real-coaching and live feedback on your execution, plus the why behind every workout, so you’re not just training… you’re learning how to train better.

Online Strength Classes
These group classes are designed to help you develop the mobility, stability, and strength that directly support your riding.
Built for the time crunched athlete who like the energy of a group class and the focus of a coached session. Strength is where you make performance gains.
