Our PowerFix online cycling classes are hosted through TrainerRoad’s Group Workouts platform — think of it like the Zoom of structured cycling training.
When you join a class, you’ll log in on your laptop or computer and ride together in real time with our small group of cyclists. You’ll see your own live performance data (like power, heart rate, and cadence) alongside your workout graph — and our coaches will be right there, watching, guiding, and giving feedback as you go.
Everyone has their camera on (just like a real class), so you’re not riding alone — you’re part of a supportive and motivating community. We chat, encourage each other, and grind through the intervals together.
This format brings the accountability and energy of an in-person studio, but from the comfort of your own home — plus, you’re training with purpose using data-driven workouts designed by expert coaches.

Our cycling classes are structured in 4-wks training blocks with a progressive build that targets different zones (endurance, tempo, threshold, VO2 max) each week/block. Most sessions are 60 minutes, with a 90-minute option during the winter months to focus on endurance.
You can join at anytime of the training block, we will adapt and adjust as needed for you to be getting the most of the workouts.

Our group cycling classes are tailored to your fitness level using your Functional Threshold Power (FTP). All intervals are scaled to your personal FTP, so you get the right intensity for your goals while enjoying the motivation of training with the group and efficiency of structured workouts.

These coached workouts are led by us, your coaches and feature direct feedback on workout execution and the “why” behind the workout. Why train alone this winter when you can train where you belong?

We feel lucky to have a diverse group of riders, such as busy athletic adults, seasoned to avid riders with big cycling goals looking for accountability with their training while staying strong and fit for years to come.

A bike of course! Either a power meter (with rollers set or regular trainer), or smart trainer. A device to run the TrainerRoad app (a laptop is the only thing compatible for group workouts). A heart rate strap is great but not required Item. Then the regulars: a fan, hydration, towel, etc…

Of course having your camera on helps us provide personal feedback & coaching on your form + movement — it’s not mandatory, you can choose the level of interaction that feels most comfortable for you.

Visit our class schedule page, select the class you’d like to join, and complete your registration! Make sure to sign up for class to reserve your spot as we are limited to 10 riders per class. Don’t forget to cancel ahead of time if you are enable to attend.

You will receive the daily group class code via email 10-15 minutes prior to class start time. Then follow this video & get ready to ride!
