We focus on the essentials: the right amount of work, at the right time, to support your riding, not compete with it. For the next few weeks, we’re tackling a hot topic for cyclists: the hips but don’t worry, we’ll cover other key areas of the body.

Cyclists don’t need another long list of stretches, we need strength, stability, and control in the way our bodies move.

Why This Is Different

Many cyclists turn to foam rolling and stretching, only to keep fighting the same muscle tightness week after week. That’s because stretching alone doesn’t address the real issue: when a joint is restricted or “jammed,” your muscles can’t work at their full strength.

This series targets the foundation — joint mobility and control — so you can unlock strength and stability throughout your movement. The result? Lasting mobility that actually supports your riding and daily life, instead of just temporary relief.

Live, Coached Classes

Live 30-minute sessions to give maximum impact in minimum time. Real-time feedback from knowledgeable and experienced cycling and movement coaches who understand how cyclists move.

Workout with a Purpose

A mix of mobility, stability, and neuro-informed drills that improve movement control, prevent injuries, and support your riding and movement long-term. This class is not just stretching.

Can’t make it? No stress

Class recording is sent out every week, so you can catch up anytime.

Weekly Bonus

To keep up with your mobility and stay consistent throughout this session - we will send out a 5 minute movement snack every week. Watch your inbox!

  • Yes, absolutely! You don’t need to be super flexible or mobile to take part. The class includes options so you can go at your own pace, its mobility, so anything helps!

  • Our mobility series are 30-minute classes classes building upon from previous class. No worries if you miss a session, you will not be behind!

  • This mobility course is designed for cyclists of all kind. From seasoned racers to weekend gravel grinders, and everyone in between.

    This is also an excellent class for anyone looking to improve overall mobility and general health.

  • Foam roller, resistance band or strap. A yoga block may be helpful depending on level of mobility.

  • We strongly encourage questions! Don’t hold back! Asking questions during the sessions not only helps you get the most out of the class, it often helps others in the group too.

    Don’t hesitate to reach out outside of sessions as well.

  • Of course having your camera on helps us provide personal feedback & coaching on your form + movement — it’s not mandatory, you can choose the level of interaction that feels most comfortable for you.

  • Sign up for the session, and you will receive the zoom link and details. Each week you will receive the weekly recording.

  • Yes! While most of our services are online, we provide minimal in-person support in Minneapolis, MN, for movement assessments, one-on-one strength training.
