Online Pre Ride Primer Series for Cyclists

Ever feel like your legs are bricks for the first 20 minutes of your ride? This class is built to help you avoid exactly that. We’ll prep the key tissues you rely on for cycling so you can start strong and ride better from the first pedal stroke.
This 30-minute class is designed to prepare your body for optimal performance on the bike. Through targeted hip mobility work, progressive loading, and neuro activation drills, we’ll prime the key muscle groups and tissues required for efficient, powerful riding.
Why We Don’t “Just Stretch” Around Here
Get your body ready before you hit the bike.
Each session we will walk you through a clear sequence; waking up the nervous system with sensory work, moving through controlled joint mobility, neuro-priming drills and then building into more dynamic, loaded ranges that actually reflect what your body needs on the bike.
This progression prepares both the tissues and the neurological control needed for strong performance on the bike.
If your rides often start with stiffness or heavy legs, this session will help you transition more smoothly into peak performance.

Live 30-minute sessions to give maximum impact in minimum time. Real-time feedback from knowledgeable and experienced cycling and movement coaches who understand how cyclists move.
Workout with a Purpose
A mix of mobility, stability, and neuro-informed drills that improve movement control, prevent injuries, and support your riding and movement long-term. This class is not just stretching.
Can’t make it? No stress
Class recording is sent out every week, so you can catch up anytime. You will have access to these videos forever! A YouTube link will be sent out with all of the recordings at the end of the series.

Yes, absolutely! You don’t need to be super flexible or mobile to take part. The class includes options so you can go at your own pace, its mobility, so anything helps!

Our mobility series are 30-minute classes classes building upon from previous class. No worries if you miss a session, you will not be behind!

This mobility course is designed for cyclists of all kind. From seasoned racers to weekend gravel grinders, and everyone in between.
This is also an excellent class for anyone looking to improve overall mobility and general health.

Foam roller, resistance band or strap. A yoga block may be helpful depending on level of mobility.

We strongly encourage questions! Don’t hold back! Asking questions during the sessions not only helps you get the most out of the class, it often helps others in the group too.
Don’t hesitate to reach out outside of sessions as well.

Of course having your camera on helps us provide personal feedback & coaching on your form + movement — it’s not mandatory, you can choose the level of interaction that feels most comfortable for you.

Yes! While most of our services are online, we provide minimal in-person support in Minneapolis, MN, for movement assessments, one-on-one strength training.
