We focus on the essentials — the right amount of work, at the right time — to support your riding, not compete with it.
Cyclists don’t need another long list of stretches — we need strength, stability, and control in the way our bodies move.
Why This Is Different
Many cyclists turn to foam rolling and stretching, only to keep fighting the same muscle tightness week after week. That’s because stretching alone doesn’t address the real issue: when a joint is restricted or “jammed,” your muscles can’t work at their full strength.
This series targets the foundation — joint mobility and control — so you can unlock strength and stability throughout your movement. The result? Lasting mobility that actually supports your riding and daily life, instead of just temporary relief.

What to Expect
Live, Coached Classes
Live 30-minute sessions to give maximum impact in minimum time. Real-time feedback from knowledgeable and experienced cycling and movement coaches who understand how cyclists move.
Workout with a Purpose
A mix of mobility, stability, and neuro-informed drills that improve movement control, prevent injuries, and support your riding and movement long-term.
Class structure
Each week builds on the last, but if you miss one, no worries you’ll have the recorded video to keep working on your own.
Option for All Levels
Whether you feel like the “stiff type” of cyclist or returning after time off or an injury, we meet you where you're at.
Convenient & Time-Efficient
No commute, workout from home, join us from anywhere! All you need is a small space and basic equipment (foam roller, strap or band & mat). Mondays 530pm CST starting October 6th.

Yes, absolutely! You don’t need to be super flexible or mobile to take part. The class includes options so you can go at your own pace, its mobility, so anything helps!

Our mobility series are 30-minute classes classes building upon from previous class. No worries if you miss a session, you will not be behind!

This 6 week mobility course is designed for cyclists of all kinds—from seasoned racers to weekend gravel grinders, and everyone in between.
This is also an excellent class for anyone looking to improve overall mobility and general health.

Foam roller, resistance band or strap. A yoga block may be helpful depending on level of mobility.

We strongly encourage questions! Don’t hold back — asking questions during the sessions not only helps you get the most out of the class, it often helps others in the group too.
Don’t hesitate to reach out outside of sessions as well.

Of course having your camera on helps us provide personal feedback & coaching on your form + movement — it’s not mandatory, you can choose the level of interaction that feels most comfortable for you.

Yes! While most of our services are online, we provide minimal in-person support in Minneapolis, MN, for movement assessments, one-on-one strength training.
