The Fix Coaching Process: Assess, Develop, Perform

Initial Coaching Call: This is where we get to know you as an athlete, go over training history and performance goals. It's the first step in building something that actually works for you.


Assess: This is where we dig in. We analyze your training history and data to understand exactly what your body needs to meet your specific goals. This may include a threshold test, power profiling, Zone 2 lactate test, or movement assessment. Collecting data to establish a baseline and get a clear understanding of where you are and what comes next.


Develop: This is where we build. You get a clear, structured training plan delivered through TrainingPeaks and built around your goals, and how your body actually responds. We focus on consistency, the right work-to-recovery balance, and progressive overload so you build real fitness towards your peak performance. Your plan evolves as you do. We adapt, refine, and adjust as your fitness progresses. Every athlete is unique and we coach you that way.


Perform: This is where it all comes together. You execute your training with purpose, we provide ongoing coach support, data analysis, and real-time adjustments. We review your workouts, refine your plan as needed, and stay in communication so you’re always progressing.
