Our live-coached online cycling classes aren’t your average spin session. We help you ride with purpose this fall and winter, with structured, coach-led workouts that build real fitness, keep you consistent, and make trainer time something you actually look forward to.
PowerFix Online Cycling Classes are designed for busy athletes who want results without wasting time. All classes are held via TrainerRoad with structured workouts that fit perfectly into your busy schedule — 60 minutes, done.

Whether you’re chasing a gravel finish line, trying to hang stronger on your weekly group ride, or just want to stay sharp through the season, these classes deliver the structure, coaching, and community you need to train with purpose (and enjoy the ride too).

Our PowerFix online cycling classes are hosted through TrainerRoad’s Group Workouts platform — think of it like the Zoom of structured cycling training.
Log in to TrainerRoad: Open the TrainerRoad app on your laptop and sign in to your account.
Navigate to Workouts: On the left-hand menu, click on Workouts.
Select Group Workouts: In the top-left corner of the screen, click on Group.
Enter the Code: In the Group Workout section, enter the code that will be provided to you. (Code sent 15min prior to class via email) Make sure you did reserve your spot in class!! (Sign up via our website)
Join the Class: Once you’ve entered the code, click to join the group workout and get ready to ride.

Our cycling classes follow structured, progressive training blocks designed to build fitness week by week. Each block targets specific training zones—endurance, tempo, threshold, and VO₂ max—to help you develop across all intensities. During the winter months, most sessions run 60–90 minutes with an emphasis on endurance.
You can join in at anytime!!!

Our group cycling classes are tailored to your fitness level using your Functional Threshold Power (FTP). All intervals are scaled to your personal FTP, so you get the right intensity for your goals while enjoying the motivation of training with the group and efficiency of structured workouts.

Yes! You’ll ride live with other athletes in real-time. Classes are capped at 10 riders so you get the energy of a small group while still getting personalized group coaching.

We feel lucky to have a diverse group of riders, such as busy athletic adults, seasoned to avid riders with big cycling goals looking for accountability with their training while staying strong and fit for years to come.

A bike of course! Either a power meter (with rollers set or regular trainer), or smart trainer. A device to run the TrainerRoad app (a laptop is the only thing compatible for group workouts). A heart rate strap is great but not required Item. Then the regulars: a fan, hydration, towel, etc…

Of course having your camera on helps us provide personal feedback & coaching on your form + movement — it’s not mandatory, you can choose the level of interaction that feels most comfortable for you.

Visit our class schedule page, select the class you’d like to join, and complete your registration! Make sure to sign up for class to reserve your spot as we are limited to 10 riders per class. Don’t forget to cancel ahead of time if you are enable to attend.

You will receive the daily group class code via email 10-15 minutes prior to class start time. Just make sure to sign up for class!!
