Our live-coached online cycling classes aren’t your average spin session. We help you ride with purpose this fall and winter, with structured, coach-led workouts that build real fitness, keep you consistent, and make trainer time something you actually look forward to.

PowerFix Online Cycling Classes are designed for busy athletes who want results without wasting time. All classes are held via TrainingPeaks Virtual & Zoom with structured workouts that fit perfectly into your busy schedule; 60 minutes, done.

Let’s be honest, riding indoors solo sucks. You know that Sunday morning group roll out in the summer? That’s the vibe we bring indoors; accountability, camaraderie, push, recovery.

Whether you’re chasing a gravel finish line, trying to hang stronger on your weekly group ride, or just want to stay sharp through the season, these classes deliver the structure, coaching, and community you need to train with purpose (and enjoy the ride too).

  • Our PowerFix online cycling classes are hosted through TrainingPeaks Virtual + Zoom.

    To join the class start by:

    1. Open TrainingPeaks Virtual
      Launch the app on your laptop or iPad and log in.

    2. Navigate to Events
      The scheduled workout of the day will be listed there, select the appropriate day/time.

    3. Join the Zoom Call
      The Zoom links can be found here.
      Open Zoom so you can see your coach and ride with the group.

    4. Start Pedaling
      Once the workout begins, TrainingPeaks Virtual will guide you through the entire ride; we’ll handle the coaching and cues.

  • Our cycling classes follow structured, progressive training blocks designed to build fitness week by week. Each block targets specific training zones—endurance, tempo, threshold, and VO₂ max; to help you develop across all intensities.

    During the winter months, most sessions run 60–90 minutes with an emphasis on endurance.

    You can join in at anytime!!!

  • Our group cycling classes are tailored to your fitness level using your Functional Threshold Power (FTP).

    All intervals are scaled to your personal FTP, so you get the right intensity for your goals while enjoying the motivation of training with the group and efficiency of structured workouts.

  • Absolutely. The coaching happens live on Zoom. Interval cues, reminders, encouragement, form tips, and real-time adjustments will be provided there.

  • Your first class is on us.

    -A bike of course! Either a power meter (with rollers set or regular trainer), or smart trainer.

    -A heart rate strap is great but not required Item.

    -Then the regulars: a fan, hydration, towel, etc…

  • Of course having your camera on helps us provide personal feedback & coaching on your form + movement — it’s not mandatory, you can choose the level of interaction that feels most comfortable for you.

  • Visit our class schedule page, select the class you’d like to join and complete your registration!

    Make sure to sign up for class to reserve your spot.

    Don’t forget to cancel ahead of time if you are enable to attend.

  • Yes! We offer class packs for convenience and savings. You can also take advantage of occasional discounts that you will find in our newsletters!
