Each class blends smart mobility prep, core stability, and targeted strength work to keep you balanced, stable, and strong where it counts most.

Our strength classes are 45-minute, full-body session designed to build resilience and power for cyclists. Each class flows through three main segments: Warm-Up & Mobility, Core Strength, Big Lifts & Power Moves.
We focus not only on the demands of cycling, but we also focus on alignment, posture, and healthy mobility to help you build strength and resilience.

Our online classes are delivered via Zoom. After you sign up, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link and all the details you need to join the session.

While these are group classes, they’re built specifically for cyclists of all fitness levels — no need to be a strength expert or super flexible. We design each session to be accessible but challenging, and since class sizes are small, we can offer real-time form checks and individualized feedback. (Tip: keeping your camera on helps us coach you better!) Whether you’re just getting started or looking to fine-tune your form, we’ve got your back.

These classes are for cyclists of all kinds—from seasoned racers to weekend gravel grinders, and everyone in between. Whether you ride for fun, performance, or big adventures, this class is built to support your riding, not compete with it. You don’t need to be local either—our online format means you can join from anywhere. All you need is a willingness to show up, move with intention, and get stronger alongside a supportive crew of like-minded riders.

While having some basic equipment is helpful (like dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands) we can provide bodyweight options as well.
If you want to lift heavy, make sure to have a few dumbbells/kettlebells options available.

Of course having your camera on helps us provide personal feedback & coaching on your form + movement — it’s not mandatory, you can choose the level of interaction that feels most comfortable for you.

Yes, our class packages have expiration dates based on the number of classes in the package. That said, we understand life happens! If you need an extension, feel free to contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your situation.

Yes! While most of our services are online, we provide minimal in-person support in Minneapolis, MN, for movement assessments, one-on-one strength training.
