This isn’t a one-style-fits-all approach. Every session is tailored to what you need in the moment — from targeted recovery after hard rides, to long-standing tension or injury rehab.

With a background in Athletic Therapy, Strength and Conditioning, Applied Neurology, Cycling Performance Coaching, and being a life-long athlete myself, I bring a unique lens to every session. I don’t just treat — I assess, look at the whole picture, and help you understand what your body is telling you.
