How Does This Work

Initial Evaluation
After your free discovery call, we’ll schedule a 60–90 minute Zoom call for your evaluation session. This is where we really dig in; your history, your goals, what’s been bothering you, and what you want to get back to. I’ll also run you through a thorough screening to make sure remote care is appropriate and that there are no red flags. From there, we’ll set clear expectations and map out the plan.


Your Personalized Plan
Once I understand exactly what you need, I’ll build a program designed specifically for you. No generic templates. No guesswork. You’ll receive a quick onboarding email, and your plan will land in your training app, typically within 24–48 hours.

✔ Progression and Plan of Action
Questions, form checks, adjustments, new aches, ups and downs, we will decide how much one-on-ones are needed going forward to help you keep achieving your goals. Even if your goals are just to move better or without pain.

✔ End Goal
Better joint access, control, and usable range of motion that actually transfers to your riding and strength work, not just feeling good during drills. You should move more confidently, feel more resilient, and have a body that supports your training instead of fighting it.
